I felt that I had the Mechanical Engineering knowledge to deliver on this project. In many cases I felt there was a lack of direction in these instances I would consult both directors of the company and present a case for moving in either or directions. In general terms this would start an open conversation and a general consensus would be agreed upon in which direction to take.
Team success was found through the on-site construction timeline reduced from (12) months in the initial fixed plant to (14) days. Design and commissioning took around the same time the mobile plant was based on the proven technology of the first fixed plant.
